Ellen Lee |

|
Ellen has been practising and experiencing Yoga for over 30 years, and teaching for 19 years. She trained in General and Remedial Yoga with the original Yoga For Health Foundation, whose ethos was that anyone could practise and benefit from Yoga. Ellen currently teaches several weekly classes, and also works in Mental Health. For 14 years she taught Yoga to people with severe dis-ability and dis-ease, observing and learning how Yoga could be a useful tool in coping; working with an awareness of the psychology of dis-ease.
Ellen believes in the Soul, and works to encourage people to reconnect and remember who they are; encouraging people to be fully aware, and fully connected to self, in a completely non-judgemental way. Ellen has run numerous workshops and retreats, where the purpose has been to encourage people towards self-development, using Yoga, healing practises, Satsang, Creative Art work, community living, and the simple joy of being with Nature.
Ellen currently runs The Bushey School of Yoga, where she offers an 18 month Teacher Training Course.
Ellen is passionate about Yoga and believes that it can be used as part of our healing process. |
