A drop in guided group is an easy way to start, giving you the foundation to develop your own practice. These gentle sessions are suitable for all levels of experience, but are ideally suited for beginners starting out on a meditation practice.

iRest Yoga Nidra
is a simple guided practice of self enquiry into the true nature of who we are. Currently used by the US military in dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, chemical dependency programmes and with other life debilitating illnesses. It allows the practitioner the opportunity to enquire into the nature of their illness, pain and suffering in the physical body to meet a natural state of letting go, to find the source of inner peacefulness, joy and bliss. When we meet everything as it is it returns to its natural state, iRest is a process of natural purification.

This simple practice naturally drops the mind into a state of calm. The breath coupled with hand gestures amplifies movement of breath into appropriate areas of both physical and subtle bodies. This has a calming effect on the nerves whilst giving the energy system a healthy boost. Suitable for all on life's journey.

A personal meditation practice
This 1 to 1 course is available for the more serious practitioner who wants to commit to their own practice. The course includes preparation to sit, body awareness, basic breath meditation, a mantra meditation practice along with ongoing & continued support.
