Go beyond doing, just being
For many people to stop and just be is actually quite uncomfortable. The only way they relax or chill out it is with a drink or drug, yet when we do go beyond the restlessness and busyness with relaxation there is a natural peaceful place inside us all.
Groups offer the chance with support and guidance to slow down, relax and just be in a medative state.
Finding a place of peace within generates feelings of well being, allowing the bodies own healing ability to be enhanced offering a natural solution to stress and anxiety.
Regular practice can increase self awareness, while also helping to enhance personal and professional relationships.
In just being we can acknowledge our thoughts and feelings by observing them rather than reacting to them or other people, learning to stay present in the moment in our own power, calm, centred and relaxed.
Weekly drop in's held at Revitalise in Hove and Peacehaven. All welcome.
