loved it ... felt I was back in the rave days ... openness all round, sound people and full of substance (of the pure kind!!!).
buzzed all the way home and for some time after!!!

Thanks for arranging the Dynamic Dance - loved it. Paul has a lovely soul. I would like to attend his teacher training courses but I can only do it on weekends.

"I would like to say a huge thank you for the 'move' session at the IYN Festival, I loved it! Also I would love to recommend it to everyone!
Here are some of my thoughts and feedback from the session:
Paul is an amazing facilitator with an ability to offer a safe and fun space to explore ourselves via movement and expression. His pure joy with this is evident as is his heart felt, supportive approach, evidently based on a range of personal experience and technical disciplines. I actually found Paul's energy and big smile became infectious and so before you know it you are part of a room full of people beaming from ear to ear and loving just simply 'the dance of it'!
Personally I can't wait to do another session, I have been wanting to find something like this for ages, it's a one off and brilliant. It's really important and necessary to have a good physical release of energy and I can see how transformational it can be, and it's so good to have a room of vibeing people without the whole usual club type experience.
Please bring ‘move’ to Essex Paul, you are an absolute star!
