'Yoga'
means ‘union’ or yolk together. It is an ancient practice designed to help realign all parts of us. There are many forms with different people’s interpretation of what that entails, we understand it as a way to balance the mind, emotions and physical body which helps us to be more accepting and comfortable of who we are.

life ‘clean’
by using the science of yoga.
Grown out of combining personal experience of the physical aspect of the ‘disease’ of addiction, while working a 12 step recovery programme, yoga in recovery has been developed after many years of practicing and teaching yoga in various addiction projects and rehabs including

Giving an experience and understanding of the difficulties presented in being with self in complete abstinence.
With an emphasis on yoga breathing techniques, integrating it with very gentle asana (postures) these groups are suitable for all levels of physical health and recovery.
