The outline of the 8-session online meditation course 

covering the 10 step protocol of iRest

  • Group opening with an introduction to the session topic. Including Setting Intentions, your Deepest Wish for life, creating an Inner Sense of Safety, Body and Breath sensing, exploring Feelings and Emotions, exploring Thoughts and Beliefs, Gratitude and the sense of being able to watch the personality that may be caught up in the drama of this life.  

  • Learn how you can take 

    meditation into everyday life 
  • Q&A with an opportunity to share your experiences in life in relation to the sessions topic. 

  • A full iRest meditation.

  • Group Closing  – check out.

  • Support material; weekly worksheets and topic handouts.

  • Recording of the session.

This can be done once a week over

8 weeks on a Wednesday evening from 8th April

18.00 – 19.00 GMT 

with a FREE Intro taster on 1st April.

Or during the lockdown every other day

from 11.00 - 12.00 GMT

Starting Monday 6th April

with a FREE Intro taster on 1st April.

Free introductory tasters on Friday 3rd and Sunday 5th April  

 

This 8 session on-line iRest meditation course introduces you to the 10-step protocol to this profound practice. It will give you a background to each section of the practice that you are guided through and is supported by, recordings, worksheets and handouts in relation to each session . This practice can help you develop natural tools to navigate the ups and downs of life, especially at this unique time that we are all going through.  

We aim to create a safe place to explore this deeply healing practice together. This practice can help with any fears and difficulties that you may be facing in this uncertain time. 

iRest meditation can offer you tools to deal with difficult emotions and fears. A way to deal with the negative chatter of the mind and the conditining which drives your life or past traumas which may be troubling you.

These courses can be a follow up for anyone who has attended Go beyond Yoga or Thrive Inside workshops, or for those who simply want to experience the potency of iRest meditation.

Practicing iRest can help you find your own answers to any dilemma, problem or concerns that you may experience on a daily basis.

Paul Collins is a Certified iRest meditation teacher and will be your host each week.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The course cost is normally £100, but in these challenging times we are offering it at £75

including handouts and worksheets if you can afford it.

If not, and you are financially challenged at this time you can join us on the course 

by giving a donation in support of Thrive Inside CIC​.
